THE BEERS
The beer list below represents some premium recipes that have been requested again and again from a very discerning and select tasting panel.
We also brew to order. If you require a specific type of beer, or a certain flavour profile, let us know. Bolton Valley Brewery will prepare some up beer samples for your taste testing and approval.
Small beer orders are available. Packaged in 20 litre kegs, or your own bottles if you prefer.
Have a beer with the Earl of Sandwich
BV Kolsch
A clean delicately balanced beer, with very subtle flavours and aromas. The name "Kolsch" is protected by the Kolsch Konvention and the name is restricted to the breweries in and around Cologne. So legally, this isn't a Kolsch!

BV Red Pale Ale
The beer has a greater balance towards maltiness over hops. But don't be mistaken, the hop flavour and aroma is more than you would expect from your average amber ale.

BV Vintage Ale
This beer is brewed once a year. Once it's gone, it's gone. Currently, we have brewed the 2013 Vintage, This beer is now on tap, but only for a limited time during the Fall 2013.

BV Seasonal Specialty
Seasonal specialties will be brewed to match the Season and the events that bring friends and family together. Maybe a request from you will become the next new beer. Maybe we'll name it after you. Maybe you will get royalties. Maybe.
