The Town of Bolton was founded in 1794 by James and George Bolton.  The Town was originally known as Bolton's Mill after James and George helped build a flour mill. 

 

Today Bolton still maintains its rural charm;  the mill is long gone, but this is a great place for a Brewery.

 

The Bolton Valley Brewery is a femto brewery based on a "Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash" System.   (Remember science class.  The order of size from big to small is micro, nano, pico then femto!)

I have been brewing beer since 2007.  

 

Over the years, I have won many awards and have perfected many styles and recipes.  However, it's the creativity that keeps me interested in Craft Brewing.  I enjoy creating new recipes to suit different occasions.

 

In the Beers Section you will see that a Seasonal Specialty beer is added to the rotation.  This will be a rotating recipe that will be uniquely created and different every time.
